Meanwhile, chemical giants are lobbying to weaken EU water laws, complaining that the cost to keep it clean is too high. Meanwhile, taxpayers pay with their health AND face a €2 trillion clean-up bill. Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden have already proposed a universal PFAS ban.
